At Prayer Packages, we strive to exceed expectations with both our products and service – with the overall goal of you, our customer, being satisfied. If for any reason you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

We will make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction. Each situation brought to our attention will be handled on a case-by-case basis; however, here are our shipping, cancelation and return policy guidelines:


Shipping & Returns


Orders submitted by 2:00 pm PST are guaranteed same day order processing with next day ship, via your preferred delivery method – UPS Second Day Air or UPS Ground.

Prayer Packages currently offers UPS shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.



To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.  To cancel an order, please Contact Us immediately.


Returns & Exchanges

Gift items that are non-personalized or non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 15 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the gift, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

      1. Contact Us to begin processing your return or exchange.
      2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Please be sure your Order Number is on the return label for expedited processing.
      3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Prayer Packages is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Prayer Packages will provide a prepaid return label.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
